About The Position

The Senior Manager of Corporate Functions Technology serves as a strategic business technology partner responsible for aligning technology investments with business priorities across Finance, Human Resources, Professional Services Operations, and other enterprise shared-services functions. This highly visible leadership role works closely with executive stakeholders to develop technology roadmaps, drive process transformation, evaluate emerging technologies, and identify opportunities to improve business outcomes through automation, analytics, AI-enabled capabilities, reporting, integrations, and platform innovation. The position bridges business strategy and technology execution while ensuring solutions deliver measurable value, strong employee experiences, and long-term organizational impact.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 8+ years of experience supporting enterprise applications, business transformation initiatives, product management, or related technology leadership functions.
  • 5+ years of experience partnering directly with Corporate Strategy leaders and executive stakeholders.
  • Strong stakeholder management, executive communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience developing technology roadmaps, leading strategic planning efforts, and aligning investments to business objectives.
  • Knowledge of SaaS platforms, integrations, reporting, APIs, security concepts, platform extensibility, and technology governance.
  • Ability to lead through influence across cross-functional teams and competing stakeholder groups.
  • Strong understanding of Agile delivery, SDLC methodologies, IT service management, and enterprise technology operations.
  • Digital, data, analytics, and AI fluency with the ability to evaluate technology solutions that drive automation and business value.
  • Experience using KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics to drive accountability and measure outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary technology relationship manager for Finance, Human Resources, Professional Services Operations, and enterprise shared-service functions.
  • Develop and maintain strategic capability roadmaps that align business priorities with technology investments and platform strategies.
  • Translate market trends, business intelligence, and emerging technologies into actionable recommendations for the firm.
  • Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities for AI, automation, analytics, reporting, and process transformation.
  • Drive technology portfolio planning, prioritization, governance, and value realization activities across internal business functions.
  • Collaborate with engineering, architecture, platform support, vendors, and business teams to evaluate capabilities and guide investment decisions.
  • Develop business cases, investment recommendations, and strategic plans supporting corporate initiatives.
  • Lead stakeholder engagement, governance forums, advisory boards, and roadmap discussions.
  • Champion organizational change management, communications, adoption, and readiness efforts for new initiatives.
  • Monitor technology investments through KPIs, dashboards, business outcome metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Build scalable workforce and sourcing strategies through talent development, vendor partnerships, and capacity planning.
  • Represent business needs and strategic priorities with external partners, vendors, and advisory organizations.
