The Senior Manager of Clinical Workforce Development is responsible for overseeing and advancing Rogers Behavioral Health's clinical workforce development efforts by leading doctoral internship and practicum training programs, workforce pathway initiatives, educational partnerships, and clinical leadership development. This role ensures the continued excellence and accreditation of Rogers' APA-accredited doctoral psychology internship program while supporting the recruitment, development, retention, and advancement of current and future direct care professionals, clinicians, and leaders across the organization. Working collaboratively with Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, operational leadership, and academic partners, the Senior Manager implements and supports clinical workforce development initiatives that strengthen Rogers' ability to attract, develop, and retain high-quality behavioral health professionals. The position serves as a key partner in operationalizing workforce development strategies and advancing student, trainee, and employee development from initial engagement through career progression and leadership readiness.
