The Senior Manager of Benefits will play a critical, hands-on leadership role in stabilizing and managing Inter-Con’s benefits function. This position is responsible for the day-to-day administration, team leadership, and operational execution of all benefits programs while helping rebuild processes, improve accuracy, and ensure compliance. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, can step into ambiguity, and is comfortable acting as a player-coach and problem solver to address immediate operational gaps.
