The salary range for this position is $127,100 - $158,900 per year. Offered salary is dependent upon experience and San Francisco location. This is a hybrid role based in our downtown San Francisco office – Tues through Thursday in-office, with Monday and Friday remote. The Senior Manager NA Merchandise Planning for Fenty leads a high-performing team of managers and planners, driving development, process improvement, and innovation to build a best-in-class planning function. With responsibility for multiple wholesale channels and direct leadership of multiple managers and planners, this role plays a critical part in driving the Fenty Beauty North America wholesale business. The Senior Manager consolidates insights across channels, escalates risks and opportunities to senior leadership, and leads Gross-to-Net operations and consolidation for the merchandise planning function. Success requires the ability to dive deep into SKU- and channel-level detail while elevating insights to inform the broader business strategy—ensuring both operational excellence and long-term growth.
