About The Position

You will use your deep investment knowledge to lead a team responsible for shaping the strategy, design, and execution of Capital Group's roadmap for new investment strategies and capabilities. Working across Investment, Product, Client Group, and Operations teams, you will establish long-term strategic priorities, oversee the development of business cases, and drive scalable frameworks that expand client access to Capital Group investment offerings. You will partner with senior business and investment leaders to evaluate opportunities, align stakeholders, and ensure new strategies and capabilities can be successfully delivered across the enterprise. You will also lead a team of associates while continuously improving processes through innovation, technology, and industry best practices.

Requirements

Strong knowledge of multiple asset classes, such as equities and fixed income.
Understanding of Capital Group’s investment capabilities and distribution models.
Proven track record of leading through ambiguity and building scalable, repeatable business processes.
Understanding client needs and experience developing strategies that support growth across diverse client segments.
Ability to lead highly complex, cross-functional initiatives and successfully manage competing priorities.
Skilled at influencing senior business and investment leaders on strategic decisions and organizational priorities.
Strong analytical thinking, sound judgment, and intellectual curiosity when solving complex business challenges.
Effective communicator who can build alignment with stakeholders across all levels of the organization and externally when needed.
Experience leading and developing teams, fostering high performance, and driving results through others.
