About The Position

The Senior Manager, Network and Information Security is a strategic leadership role within the IT team, responsible for architecting, building, and governing enterprise network and security infrastructure across a high-tech manufacturing environment. The role combines deep technical expertise in network architecture, cloud networking, and cybersecurity with people management, leading a small team of engineers and vendor resources to provide secure, resilient, and scalable connectivity across production and corporate sites. The position is the principal authority on network and security and works across IT, engineering, and business teams to align network capabilities with manufacturing goals. The role owns enterprise network architecture, including LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, wireless, interconnects, and OT/IT segmentation, as well as AWS networking and hybrid connectivity. It leads network security policy and controls, compliance support, network operations, incident response, and vendor management. The position also sets team priorities, manages on-call coverage, develops staff, and communicates network strategy, risk, and project progress to stakeholders. This is a full-time, onsite position based in either the Emeryville or Santa Clara office, with occasional work from the other office as needed.
