About The Position

We are looking for a passionate Senior Manager, Movement Content and Curriculum to join our team and make a difference. As a Senior Manager, Movement Content and Curriculum, you’ll play a pivotal role in designing the content, curriculum, and training that bring the AZA & BBG leadership experience to life, equipping chapter and regional leaders, and turning BBYO’s vision into practical, teen-ready tools for Jewish teens. This role reports to the Senior Director, Teen Leadership, and is part of the Movement Experiences team. Alongside your teammates, you’ll connect in a dynamic environment and create a positive impact on teens, our community, and the world.

Requirements

  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with strong public speaking and facilitation skills
  • 5+ years of experience working with teens in a formal or informal/experiential learning environment, with a track record of designing and delivering curriculum or training
  • A bachelor’s degree is required
  • Experience creating experiential or Jewish educational content and translating vision into usable, teen-facing tools
  • Experience managing multiple projects at once on a fixed calendar
  • Comfortable with creative tools (Canva, AI) and project and platform tools like Airtable and the Microsoft Suite
  • Ability to foster relationships with diverse constituents and collaborate across departments
  • Attend BBYO major events including International Convention, August Executives, Summer Program (two CLTC sessions), and 2–3 team retreats and/or staff gatherings annually.
  • Ability to travel approximately 20%, including internationally as needed.
  • Hybrid office and home schedule; Washington, D.C., location preferred but not required.
  • Unrestricted authorization to work in the U.S. without holding a visa or sponsorship.

Responsibilities

  • Equip the International Board and counterpart networks with training, tools, and content that strengthen peer coaching, and facilitate virtual and in-person training for chapter and regional leaders
  • Elevate the standard of chapter programming and training for teen leaders, staff, and advisors; design programming that retains upperclassmen; and refresh the MIT and AIT new member experience
  • Build customizable content for board training, LTIs, and board transitions, and serve as CLTC Curriculum Director for two sessions
  • Keep the BBYO Toolbox and Program Bank current, manage the Legislation Library and governance documents, and lead the biennial review of the Membership Manuals (Red, Blue, and Green Books)
  • Shape the content and culture of ILN Clubs, connecting teens with mentors and alumni between conventions and immersives
  • Serve as content lead and deputy for the August and February Executives conferences, and partner on AZA & BBG ritual programming at International Convention
