About The Position

EY is launching a next-generation Microsoft Enterprise Platform capability within its National Consulting Cybersecurity practice, as part of EY’s strategic Microsoft partnership. This capability focuses on delivering large-scale, enterprise transformation programs across functions such as finance transformation, supply chain, and digital business solutions. Multiple Senior Managers are being hired to help build, scale, and deliver this capability across AI, Security, and Cloud domains. In this role, you will play a critical part in shaping and delivering enterprise-grade Microsoft solutions, contributing either as a Solution Offering Lead (focused on delivery, capability build, and transformation execution) or a Microsoft Enterprise Platform Architect (leading solutioning, deal shaping, and pre-sales strategy).

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity, cloud, AI, or enterprise technology.
  • Experience working within the Microsoft ecosystem, including Azure, Microsoft 365, Security, AI, or Dynamics.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate across both Sales (pre-sales, proposals, solutioning) and Delivery (execution, program leadership).
  • Experience supporting solutioning, proposals, or pre-sales activities within complex Microsoft environments.
  • Strong client-facing consulting experience managing senior stakeholders.

Nice To Haves

  • Microsoft certifications (Azure, Security, AI, or Copilot-related certifications).
  • Cybersecurity certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CCSP.
  • Experience building or scaling practices, offerings, or teams.
  • Familiarity with frameworks such as NIST, ISO, MITRE, or Zero Trust architectures.
  • Experience supporting AI, data modernization, or cloud transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead delivery or solutioning of Microsoft Enterprise Platform engagements across AI, Security, and Cloud.
  • Design and implement enterprise-scale Microsoft solutions aligned to business outcomes.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders across security, identity, data, and cloud architecture.
  • Collaborate across sales, architecture, and delivery teams to drive successful client outcomes.
  • Support the growth and scaling of EY’s Microsoft Enterprise Platform capability.
  • Lead complex transformation programs and enterprise-scale delivery engagements (Solution Offering Leads).
  • Build and scale solution offerings across AI, Security, and Cloud domains (Solution Offering Leads).
  • Drive delivery excellence, governance frameworks, and quality standards (Solution Offering Leads).
  • Lead implementations across Microsoft technologies, including: Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Microsoft Defender Suite, Microsoft Sentinel, Microsoft Purview, Azure Security capabilities (Solution Offering Leads).
  • Build, mentor, and lead high-performing consulting teams (Solution Offering Leads).
  • Lead solution architecture and deal shaping for large-scale Microsoft platform opportunities, including enterprise transformation programs (Microsoft Enterprise Platform Architects).
  • Design end-to-end enterprise platform solutions across Azure, Microsoft 365 (including Copilot), Microsoft Security stack, and Data and AI platforms (Microsoft Enterprise Platform Architects).
  • Translate business and regulatory requirements into scalable, secure architectures (Microsoft Enterprise Platform Architects).
  • Support proposals, RFP responses, and executive-level client presentations (Microsoft Enterprise Platform Architects).
  • Partner with Solution Offering Leads to ensure alignment from sales through delivery (Microsoft Enterprise Platform Architects).
