About The Position

Sodexo has a new opening for a Senior Manager, Master Data Management, ERP to join our team. The successful candidate will execute and support Sodexo’s master data transformation—with primary focus on the ERP (SAP S/4HANA) implementation program. This is a remote position. Candidates can reside anywhere within the U.S.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Minimum 5 years management experience
Experience in MDM, supply chain systems, ERP, data governance, or related fields
Strong understanding of master data structures, taxonomies, and cross-functional system impact
Demonstrated experience with a large-scale ERP implementation
Prior experience with data governance, process mapping, UAT and developing training materials
Excellent communication skills, ability to collaborate with key stakeholders
Minimum 5 years management experience
Minimum 5 years functional experience

Responsibilities

Ensures day‑to‑day execution of master data processes, alignment of MDM requirements across workstreams, and readiness of master data for deployment
Coordinates cross‑functional activities, and ensures that master data dependencies, quality, and governance are consistently addressed throughout the ERP program and broader transformation initiatives.
Execution for delivery on the design, planning and implementation of supplier enablement and P2P projects.
Maintain master data principles and practices, cross functionally and collaborating across NorAm and global teams.
Drives preparation, validation, and governance of master data objects required for design, build, testing, and cutover.
Prepare documentation such as data governance guidelines, process maps, training materials, and change readiness tools.
