About The Position

Working in close partnership with the Managing Director of Marketing and Communications, the Senior Manager of Marketing will drive the marketing function in advancement of business growth goals which includes a key emphasis on organic and inorganic growth and brand management. This role includes oversight of daily marketing and communications activities and key team member management. We are Aspiriant, a leading, independent, 100% employee-owned wealth management firm. Requirements

  • Knowledge of financial planning and wealth management industry and a highly developed understanding of consumers and how they think about their financial lives
  • Experience with Hubspot, Marketo, Salesforce and project management systems
  • Ability to be a leader and a doer; enjoys jumping into projects and rolls up sleeves to get the job done
  • A strong, agile, project management mindset
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum of 12 years’ experience in marketing and a demonstrated track record of success in senior level marketing role within a wealth management firm or related industry

Responsibilities

  • Implement an omnichannel marketing plan in advancement of the marketing department and firm goals and deliverables
  • Oversight of daily marcom activities and 2-3 direct reports
  • Manage agency relationships such as digital marketing agency, PR agency and web development agency
  • Track and report on metrics to measure the success of the marketing strategy and tactics
  • Partner with our digital agency to design and execute digital campaigns to advance the growth goals of the organization
  • Supervise digital strategies such as the website strategy, award submissions, SEO, AEO and GEO
  • Review collateral, content and social media copy to ensure brand adherence and alignment
  • Partner with senior leadership, committees, IT, investment team, compliance team and practice leadership
  • Manage cross-functional special projects and administrative tasks as needed
