  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills, thriving as a connector across teams, building alignment and accountability across stakeholders.
  • Exceptional communication, judgment, and organizational rigor, with the ability to operate effectively in fast-moving, high-visibility environments.

Responsibilities

  • Develop executive-ready performance narratives and top-of-funnel insights for monthly Executive Business Reviews (MBRs), ensuring leadership has clear, consistent visibility into acquisition and marketplace trends.
  • Proactively identify risks and opportunities in marketplace performance, leading cross-functional deep dives into metric shifts (e.g., UBOs, digital leads, signups) and quantifying business impact to guide course-correction.
  • Build scenario planning frameworks and alternative outlooks that enable leadership to pressure-test assumptions, evaluate tradeoffs, and respond effectively to changing market conditions.
  • Monitor competitive dynamics and emerging acquisition trends (including AI-driven traffic shifts), translating insights into actionable recommendations for marketing strategy and investment prioritization.
