About The Position

The Senior Manager, Market Events leads the strategy, planning, and execution of an event fundraising portfolio generating $400,000 or more. The role drives revenue through engagement with donors, sponsors, and volunteer leaders while delivering high-quality event experiences. It actively manages relationships and moves constituents through the donor pipeline to increase long-term engagement and impact.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree required.
At least 2 years of successful experience in fundraising and relationship development.
Demonstrated success driving revenue through relationship building and volunteer engagement.
Strong project management and event execution skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Effective relationship-building, influencing, and communication skills.
Strong customer and donor experience orientation.
