  • Strong knowledge of semi-conductor Manufacturing Execution Systems like PROMIS, OpsCenter
  • Experience with application support, scripting, and backend logic with the ability to read, debug, and interpret existing code.
  • Experience supporting or integrating Quality Management Systems (QMS) or related enterprise applications.
  • Proven ability to lead through ambiguity and drive large-scale transformation, balancing operational stability with execution of complex initiatives such as automation, paperless manufacturing, and system modernization.
  • Experience working with globally distributed teams, including offshore development or support partners (India experience a plus).
  • Ability to translate complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements and to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with manufacturing data sources is a plus such as SPC, APC, FDC, MES, WAT, and Sort Data.
  • Semiconductor manufacturing, quality, or reliability experience strongly preferred, including familiarity with concepts such as yield, defectivity, DPPM, reliability testing, and failure analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end accountability for manufacturing systems at Camas, including MES (PROMIS), automation platforms, and factory data systems, ensuring uninterrupted fab operations.
  • Lead the Camas Paperless Factory transformation, driving elimination of manual travelers, deployment of digital workflows, mobile devices, and automation of production execution.
  • Drive fab automation and efficiency initiatives, including tool automation improvements, barcode-based tracking, operator workflow automation, and reduction of manual touchpoints to improve cycle time and labor productivity.
  • Provide site-level operational leadership, ensuring rapid response to system incidents, strong recovery processes (including post-idle validation), and prevention of recurrence for production-impacting issues.
  • Act as a key leader within the global Manufacturing IT organization, contributing to strategy, driving cross-site initiatives, and ensuring Camas both influences and adopts enterprise capabilities in areas such as automation, paperless manufacturing, data platforms, and AI.
  • Partner with Fab, Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, and IT to translate fab priorities into IT execution, supporting increased starts, product transfers, and capacity expansion.
  • Lead and prioritize concurrent critical programs, including system migrations, MES enhancements, automation releases, and infrastructure improvements impacting fab operations.
  • Ensure robust PROMIS and multisite integration capability, supporting lot movement, cross-site transfers, and synchronization across ADI’s manufacturing network.
  • Drive standardization and alignment with enterprise Manufacturing IT strategy to support ADI’s Global Operations & Technology (GO&T) organization, balancing site-specific needs with global platform consistency.
  • Establish strong governance and demand management, ensuring clarity of priorities across automation, paperless, and system enhancements.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team, leveraging both site resources and global support teams, driving execution discipline and accountability.
  • Champion data-driven manufacturing, improving visibility, diagnostics, and analytics tied to fab performance.
  • Drive adoption of advanced analytics, machine learning, and emerging agentic AI capabilities to enable real-time decision-making, automate factory workflows (e.g., excursion triage, lot disposition, tool optimization), and improve yield, cycle time, and operational resiliency, aligned with ADI’s broader smart factory and AI strategy.
  • Ensure compliance with cybersecurity, SOX controls, and data governance, maintaining a secure and resilient manufacturing environment.
