About The Position

Aritzia is growing and our Organizational Change Management team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for enabling the successful adoption of transformational change across Aritzia. As the Manager/Sr. Manager, Organizational Change Management, you will play a pivotal role in helping our people embrace new ways of working, ensuring business initiatives deliver their intended outcomes and long-term value. Leveraging and championing Aritzia’s Organizational Change Management methodology, you will guide the development of strategic recommendations and solutions that drive readiness, engagement, adoption, and sustainability. Requirements

Proven skills, certifications, education and/or experience in Change Management, CCMP or other Change Management certifications.
A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles
The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners
A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business

Responsibilities

Work with the appropriate Business Support partners to seamlessly lead the day-to-day function of the department in support of corporate objectives, while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience.
Establish and champion the best change management methodologies across the organization to minimize disruption to business and realize change success.
Design and deliver needs-based, impact-driven change programs.
Provide the right information, support and capabilities to enable and seamlessly implement the change.
Drive accountability and alignment and value realization across all organizational change initiatives.
