About The Position

The Senior Manager, Logistics role at LGC offers an outstanding chance to build the future of logistics operations in Milford, MA, and Gaithersburg, MD. As an integral member of our Logistics Leadership team, you will have the opportunity to lead and refine logistics, warehousing, and inventory operations. Collaborating closely with the Director of Logistics, you will advance process alignment, operational efficiency, and cross-functional project advancement across the D&G Business Unit. Requirements

Experience in people management and leading a team.
Minimum of 5 years of direct working experience.
Established skill in advancing performance.
Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Excel.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
Experience with ERP systems.
Knowledge of supply chain and logistics principles.
Strong familiarity with warehouse management practices and procedures.
Multi-site logistics leadership experience.
Direct industry experience.
Current U.S. work authorization.
