About The Position

The Senior Manager, Licensing is responsible for partnering with business leaders to provide a vehicle to realize strategies and generate growth by leveraging our Intellectual Property. Licensing in Aerospace is focused on two areas: core licensing and strategic lifecycle product licensing (LPL). This position will be in the LPL team based in Phoenix, Arizona and will report to the Vice-President of Aerospace Strategic Licensing with a Hybrid work arrangement. In this role, you will have a direct impact on the success of Honeywell Aerospace by assisting in identification and securing LPL licensing opportunities that align with our strategic objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate potential licensing partnerships, negotiate agreements, and assist in administering and /or amending existing agreements during project de-integration.

Requirements

• Experience in licensing, particularly in strategic lifecycle product licensing (LPL).
• Ability to partner with business leaders.
• Skills in identifying and securing licensing opportunities.
• Experience in evaluating potential licensing partnerships.
• Negotiation skills.
• Experience in administering and/or amending agreements.
