About The Position

This role is responsible for leading and evolving the organization’s leadership development strategy, focusing on manager and executive growth across a remote-first workforce. The Senior Manager, Learning will design, implement, and facilitate learning programs that elevate leadership capabilities, enhance team performance, and support career development. The position requires strong collaboration with People teams and subject matter experts to create engaging, human-centered learning experiences. Success metrics, continuous improvement, and program scalability are central to this role, ensuring measurable impact on organizational performance. The environment is dynamic, highly visible, and provides the opportunity to influence leadership culture across multiple levels of the company. This position blends strategy, facilitation, coaching, and program management in a forward-thinking learning ecosystem.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in leadership development program design, learning experience design, facilitation, and program management
  • Proven ability to scale programs and measure impact for large, distributed teams (2000+ employees preferred)
  • Strong human-centered design skills, applying Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype methodology to learning experiences
  • Experience developing executive coaching programs and leveraging external vendors effectively
  • Demonstrated ability to design curriculum from scratch and partner with experts to create impactful learning programs
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making capabilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, capable of distilling complex information for clarity and impact
  • Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills across cross-functional teams
  • Adaptable, continuous improvement mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment

Nice To Haves

  • Coaching certification (ICF or equivalent), experience with Learning Management Systems or Learning Experience Platforms, and a track record of business-impactful learning initiatives

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, and execution of leadership development programs for managers and executives
  • Conduct needs assessments, define program scope, and continuously evolve learning initiatives based on feedback and organizational priorities
  • Partner with People teams and subject matter experts to co-create content, curriculum, and learning experiences
  • Facilitate instructor-led training sessions and coach leaders to build leadership capabilities across the organization
  • Define, measure, and communicate success metrics for learning programs to ensure impact and ROI
  • Manage the People Leader Hub or equivalent learning platform to provide a centralized resource for leadership development
  • Maintain and enhance multiyear roadmaps for leadership development moments that matter
