Due to our growth across our North and South American regions, we are hiring a Sr. Manager in our Learning and Development division – looking for a technical capability manager who will lead and support the overall effectiveness of technical learning solutions provided by the learning team. The technical learning manager will own the overall delivery plan for technical learning ensuring it matches the identified needs and business priorities gathered in consultation with the VPs of Operations, GM’s, People Business Partners and ensures competence is maintained across our operations teams via coaching, virtual and F2F training sessions. For this role, they will work closely with our operational leadership teams and operational support functions to proactively schedule learning interventions; when and where they are needed across the regions and providing regular and timely reporting on attendance to ensure we are maximizing course offerings.
