As a Learning and Talent Development Manager Senior within PNC's Learning and Talent Development organization, you will be based in Denver, Colorado. We are looking for a candidate that has experience with, but not limited to; Knowledge of Real Estate and/or Business Credit to support initiatives; ability to clearly articulate outcomes and value to senior stakeholders. Leadership Development. Building strategies and leading conversations with senior leaders to create solutions for business needs. Designing success criteria for development initiatives. Translating enterprise and line-of-business priorities into clear development recommendations with defined scope and trade-offs. Job Description Manages all activities in support of learning and talent development within the organization. Leads the planning and delivery of learning and talent development programs and activities. Assesses the learning and talent development needs of the organization and designs and implements improvement initiatives according to organizational talent strategy. Enhances / improves applications, processes, tools, and relationships with internal and external partners. Partners with HR and business leaders to provide strategic support in accomplishing business goals through learning and talent strategies. Requirements

  • Knowledge of Real Estate and/or Business Credit to support initiatives; ability to clearly articulate outcomes and value to senior stakeholders.
  • Leadership Development.
  • Building strategies and leading conversations with senior leaders to create solutions for business needs.
  • Designing success criteria for development initiatives.
  • Translating enterprise and line-of-business priorities into clear development recommendations with defined scope and trade-offs.
  • Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree.
  • Higher level education such as a Masters degree, PhD, or certifications is desirable.
  • Industry experience is typically 8+ years.
  • At least 5 years of prior management experience is typically required.
  • In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
