Position Overview: Reporting to the VP, Talent, The Senior Manager of Talent Management & Learning and Development is a strategic Human Resources leader responsible for designing, implementing, and sustaining enterprise-wide talent strategies that build organizational capability, strengthen leadership pipelines, and drive a high-performance culture. This role partners closely with senior leadership to ensure the organization has the right talent, skills, and leadership capacity to achieve current and future business objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience with focus on talent management and L&D.
  • Proven experience influencing senior leaders.
  • Strong business acumen and data-driven mindset.

  • Experience in industrial manufacturing environments preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead an integrated talent management framework encompassing succession planning, performance management, high-potential identification, career pathing, and internal mobility for the organization including training of leaders at the N-2 level and below on new features of talent management platform.
  • Ensure consistent calibration standards across regions and functions to strengthen talent decision quality.
  • Partner with leadership to identify critical roles and build robust succession plans aligned to business continuity and growth strategies.
  • Lead enterprise-wide talent reviews and cross-functional calibration processes, providing data-driven insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Establish and monitor talent metrics to inform workforce decisions.
  • In partnership with the VP, Talent, design and execute the enterprise learning and development strategy aligned with organizational goals.
  • Oversee the design and delivery of leadership development programs across all leadership levels.
  • Build scalable learning solutions including blended, digital, and experiential learning.
  • Ensure learning initiatives are measurable and tied to business outcomes.
  • Champion a culture of continuous learning and performance excellence.
  • Partner with leaders to embed development conversations into performance management.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and coach to senior leaders and partner with HR Business Partners globally to tailor development opportunities to various populations, in office & manufacturing employees as well as field based sales and service employees.
  • Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition and Centers of Excellence to align talent strategies.
  • Partner with business leaders to assess capability gaps and create development solutions.
  • Manage external vendors and learning partners.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable policies and regulations.
