About The Position

The Learning & Talent Development Senior Specialist supports the development of talent strategies that help drive organizational growth through investment in our people, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality training programs and learning experiences to our employees. This role is responsible for supporting the delivery of GLTD’s talent development programs, developing, and maintaining processes, tools and resources and data intelligence for department.
