We are seeking a Learning and Development Manager to join our People & Culture team. This position reports to the Director of People & Talent, with 3-5 direct reports, responsible for bringing Rincon’s learning strategy to life through scalable, measurable development programs that strengthen leadership capability, performance, and engagement across the firm. This is a hands-on opportunity for a strategic, execution-focused leader who can build trusted partnerships, lead complex programs end-to-end, and deliver practical learning solutions aligned to business priorities.
