The Senior Manager Learning Strategy is responsible for defining and implementing learning strategies that build associate competence and confidence across Floor & Decor’s stores and support teams. This role takes a learner-centric, business-driven approach to identify capability gaps and deliver simple, effective, and scalable learning solutions that enable performance on the job. You’ll operate close to the business - partnering with leaders, spending time in stores, and translating real-world needs into learning that drives results. This role plays a critical part in ensuring associates are equipped to deliver exceptional customer service, product expertise, and execution in a fast-paced retail environment.
