About the Texoma Region: PepsiCo North America is in the midst of a go-to-market transformation. Historically, Foods and Beverages operated as separate entities – make, move, and sell were not coordinated across the BUs, which limited the potential growth and revenue synergies of one coordinated, cohesive GTM. Recent organizational changes resulted in aligned regions across Food and Beverages and the creation of the Texoma (Texas + Oklahoma) region, which represents ~10% of overall 1NA business (~$5B Net Rev). Texoma will now serve as the first market to combine GTM in a Power of 1 model – we will develop the scalable strategy that combines supply chains, point of sale delivery, and customer-level strategy across Foods and Beverages. The team’s mandate is clear: Create and execute the plays that unlock growth, increase GTM optionality, and center focus on the roles and people that provide differentiation.
