The Senior Manager - Learning Experience & Processes is responsible for strategizing and evolving United’s learning ecosystem, delivering a unified, modern learning experience for all employees. This role requires a unique blend of product and process management expertise to drive innovation in how employees access, engage with, and complete learning in a highly regulated and operationally complex environment. As part of the Employee Experience team, this leader will deliver best-in-class learning experience and solutions to solve complex enterprise challenges by leveraging technology, analytics, operational rigor, process improvement and design excellence. The Senior Manager will partner closely with Global Learning, HR, Operations, and Technology teams to build a seamless, scalable learning ecosystem that supports continuous development and organizational growth and provides the best-in-class experience to our learners. This leader will ensure learning systems, processes, and tools evolve to meet growing demands.
