Rexford Industrial is seeking a Senior Manager of Learning & Development who is a strategic, hands-on leader responsible for building organizational capability, strengthening leadership effectiveness, and supporting employee growth across the company. As a key member of the Human Resources team, this role owns the enterprise learning ecosystem, integrating learning systems, leadership and manager development programs that drive meaningful, on-the-job impact. This role also serves as the system owner for the enterprise Learning Management System (LMS), designs and facilitates scalable leadership and manager development programs, and acts as a trusted internal learning consultant to leaders and HR partners. A key first-year priority will be the design, launch, and facilitation of a comprehensive Manager Development Program supporting new and experienced people leaders, while also contributing to career pathways, talent planning, and fostering a culture of continuous learning, engagement, and development.
