Senior Manager, Learning & Development – Associate Development Role Summary The Sr. Manager, Learning & Development – Associate Development is a strategic, player/coach leader responsible for driving associate capability, career growth, and performance readiness across Walmart Connect. This role combines hands-on instructional design and facilitation expertise with strategic program leadership to deliver scalable, measurable learning experiences that accelerate associate success and leadership readiness. This leader designs and facilitates onboarding, continuous development, and leadership programs that connect learning directly to business performance outcomes such as productivity, retention, and promotion readiness. Reporting to the Director of Learning & Development, this role serves as both a strategic partner and practitioner , analyzing capability gaps, architecting learning paths, developing content, and coaching others to deliver best-in-class experiences for Walmart Connect associates.
