We are looking for a strategic and proactive Senior Manager, Learning & Development (L&D) to lead employee experience initiatives , DEI initiatives and learning and development programs. This role will oversee employee training , EAG’s and mentorship programs As a key leader within the People team, this individual will play a critical role in shaping employee growth, engagement, and retention strategies , making a direct impact on the professional development of our workforce.
