We are seeking a Senior Manager, Leadership & Transformation Communication who is responsible for partnering with the SVP Corporate Communications to develop and implement an effective leadership communication program critical to shaping the go-forward culture and effectiveness of the senior leadership of JD Power. Additionally, this role will provide Change Management communication support for major initiatives underway at JD Power, in partnership with the Transformation Office. Experience developing communication and change management strategies and implementing action plans to effectively achieve growth will be critical to success in this role. Expertise in understanding change management, alignment with the JD Power strategy and impacts on the employee experience are key to support the from-to journey with effective communication toolkits and processes.
