This position plays a key role in the design, development, and management of PCC’s early career rotational management development programs in the US and Canada. These programs are intended to develop the next generation of business leaders, strengthen our talent pipeline, and support the company’s growth. The programs include: Management Development Program (MDP), Finance/Accounting Development Program (FDP), Information Technology Development Program (IDP), Human Resources Development Program (HRDP), and Industry 4.0 (Automation) Development Program (4DP).
