About The Position

This role involves owning and growing a portfolio of Big Health's provider accounts after they go live. The portfolio includes a range of clients from large health systems to smaller practices and provider groups. The primary goal is to increase orders for SleepioRx and DaylightRx Treatment by ensuring prescribers order and patients activate the digital therapeutics. The position requires building accounts into programs that grow year over year, involving more prescribers, sites, and service lines. Collaboration with Sales, Provider Experience and Clinical Transformation (PECT), and Market Access teams is essential.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in healthcare client success, account management, or field roles.
  • 4+ years in a customer-facing account role at a med device, diagnostics, digital health, or PDT company where revenue depended on providers ordering (e.g., ambulatory cardiac monitoring, home sleep testing, CGM, RPM).
  • Proven track record of growing utilization or order volume across both health systems and smaller practices or provider groups, with quantifiable results.
  • Hands-on knowledge of practice billing and payment processes: fee-for-service, HCPCS/CPT, charge capture, and denials.
  • Understanding of provider economics and the implications of reimbursement risk for practices.
  • Credibility with clinical, operational, IT, revenue cycle, and executive stakeholders, as well as practice office managers.
  • Ability to translate utilization data into action plans and credible ROI stories.
  • Experience with Salesforce and Looker (or similar tools).
  • Disciplined organization, risk and issue management, and follow-through across a mixed portfolio.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Willingness to travel 30-40% for onsite provider engagement, training, and account reviews.

Nice To Haves

  • MBA, MPH, or clinical background.
  • Experience training, mentoring, or leading others.
  • Experience building a playbook from scratch.
  • Sleep medicine or behavioral health experience.

Responsibilities

  • Own and grow assigned provider accounts, developing account plans with clear order growth targets, risks, and next steps.
  • Understand account details, including site and prescriber activity, to identify reasons for ordering, discontinuation, or non-initiation.
  • Provide flexible coverage based on account size, offering high-touch support for health systems and large groups, and scaled approaches (e.g., group training, office hours) for smaller practices.
  • Identify expansion opportunities within accounts, such as new sites, service lines, provider groups, or products, and build business cases with clinical and operational leaders.
  • Develop and enhance playbooks for adoption, account health, retraining, and expansion, synthesizing learnings into repeatable strategies.
  • Drive repeat ordering by monitoring provider and site performance against targets.
  • Diagnose and resolve adoption barriers, including workflow issues, staff turnover, reimbursement friction, or loss of champions, with clear ownership and timelines.
  • Build internal advocacy among executives, provider leaders, practice managers, and clinical champions to sustain prescribing and patient activation.
  • Lead ongoing education for new prescribers, sites, and practice staff in partnership with Clinical and PECT, tracking impact on prescribing and activation.
  • Act as the first point of contact for day-to-day reimbursement issues, identifying denial patterns and billing workflow problems, and coordinating with Market Access.
  • Ensure a smooth handoff from PECT post-implementation and collaborate with PECT for expansions requiring new workflows or EHR work.
  • Serve as the primary account escalation contact, driving resolution across various internal teams (Sales, PECT, Market Access, Clinical, Product, IT Implementation, Legal).
  • Partner with Sales on growth initiatives, including contract amendments, pricing, and forecasting.
  • Provide timely, executive-ready updates to senior leadership and customer sponsors.
  • Maintain Salesforce as the single source of truth for account information, opportunities, activity, and forecasts, utilizing dashboards for adoption, risk, and growth signals.

  • Partner with Finance on account reporting, invoicing, and forecasting, including resolving practice invoice issues.
