About The Position

Lead, manage, and continuously mature the IT Path to Premier (PTP) portfolio, ensuring initiatives are aligned to enterprise priorities and deliver measurable progress toward Entergy’s strategic aspirations. Oversee portfolio governance, performance insights, and integrated planning to ensure transparency, accountability, and value realization across all IT PTP campaigns and initiatives. Partner with senior leadership to develop, refine, and operationalize enterprise IT strategy, translating strategic direction into actionable roadmaps and guiding cross-functional teams through effective execution. Provide executive-ready insights and recommendations that inform decision-making and strengthen program governance. Drive improvements in cross-functional processes by identifying capability gaps, elevating skill readiness, and enhancing operational discipline to support a high-performing IT organization. Continuously optimize systems, processes, and ways of working to improve efficiency, streamline delivery, and accelerate outcomes across the IT portfolio and the broader Path to Premier journey.

Requirements

  • Seven or more years of experience in a business management or executive support role
  • Experience in organizing and directing or influencing multiple teams and departments
  • Experience in planning and supporting strategic initiatives
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Versatile abilities and extreme dedication to efficient productivity
  • Experience in data analysis and budget management
  • Background in driving operational excellence and large‑scale process optimization
  • Proven success in a project coordination role
  • Nimble business mind, focused on developing creative solutions
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • Authorization to work in the United States is a precondition to employment in this position.

Responsibilities

  • Service as a strategic liaison across IT and the enterprise, engaging executives, senior leaders, and key stakeholders to align on strategic initiatives, communicate progress, and ensure cohesive execution of the IT Path to Premier (PTP) portfolio.
  • Lead and coordinate IT portfolio operations by partnering with senior managers and department leaders to ensure effective governance, prioritization, and visibility of strategic programs.
  • Enable executive decision-making through well structured insights, materials, and progress updates for leadership forums and corporate governance bodies.
  • Strengthen cross-functional relationships and operational effectiveness by collaborating across IT and the business to drive consistency, improve responsiveness, and support development of new operational strategies.
  • Partner with the VP, IT Strategy & Performance and other executives on enterprise level initiatives and transformation efforts.
  • Serve as a trusted strategic advisor and subject-matter expert, anticipating stakeholder needs, addressing inquiries, and developing action plans.
  • Lead the preparation and delivery of communications that clarify strategy, progress, risks, and decisions across the IT PTP portfolio and broader IT strategy.
