About The Position

This is a remote role open for multiple markets across the United States. Leads the Product & Experience pillar of the Platform Engineering Hub. Owns strategy, roadmap, adoption, governance, and lifecycle management of the enterprise Internal Developer Platform (IDP). Accountable for developer experience outcomes, service catalog governance, golden paths, self-service engineering capabilities, platform analytics, GitOps enablement, Infrastructure as Code (IaC) adoption, and AI-enabled engineering experiences.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of experience in Applications development, analysis or engineering OR High School Diploma or GED and 12 years of experience in Applications development, analysis or engineering
5+ years leading Platform Engineering, DevOps, SRE, Cloud or Infrastructure teams
IDP strategy and adoption leadership
budget and roadmap ownership
IDP, Platform Engineering, DevEx, Service Catalogs, Golden Paths, GitOps, IaC, CI/CD, Platform Automation
DevSecOps
API-first Architecture
Product Management
