Our Senior Manager, IT Operations & Security, will work out of our Headquarters office, located in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The Senior Manager, IT Operations & Security, is responsible for leading and optimizing SitelogIQ’s enterprise technology operations, ensuring secure, reliable, and scalable infrastructure services that support business growth. This role oversees cybersecurity, cloud and network operations, end user technology services, M&A technology integration, IT financial and vendor management, and IT general controls. This leader partners closely with business and technology stakeholders to deliver resilient operations, strengthen security posture, and enable seamless integration of acquired businesses. The Senior Manager ensures operational excellence, financial discipline, and continuous improvement across all IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and support functions. The salary range is $160,000-$180,000. The salary may vary within the range based on factors such as location of the role, and a candidate’s experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience in infrastructure, cybersecurity, or operations roles.
  • Demonstrated experience leading cloud migrations, cybersecurity programs, and enterprise infrastructure initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of networking, identity and access management, endpoint management, and security frameworks.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage vendor relationships.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience managing operating and capital budgets.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting M&A integration activities preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the enterprise cybersecurity strategy, including risk management, threat detection, incident response, and compliance.
  • Oversee cloud infrastructure (e.g., Azure, Egnyte, M365), on-premise systems, and network operations to ensure high availability, performance, and scalability.
  • Establish and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and implement IT general controls (ITGCs) across infrastructure, cloud, and network environments.
  • Establish and monitor operational KPIs, SLAs, and system health metrics.
  • Lead business continuity and disaster recovery planning and testing.
  • Ensure adherence to security frameworks, regulatory requirements, and internal governance standards.
  • Lead enterprise service desk and end user support functions, ensuring high levels of user satisfaction and responsiveness.
  • Standardize endpoint management, device lifecycle processes, and collaboration technologies.
  • Define and enforce standard operating procedures and IT general controls related to user access, endpoint security, change management, and service operations.
  • Drive automation and continuous improvement in service delivery processes.
  • Partner with IT Business Partners and Applications leadership to ensure alignment between infrastructure capabilities and business needs.
  • Lead IT due diligence efforts for acquisitions, assessing infrastructure, cybersecurity posture, and technical risks.
  • Develop and execute integration plans to transition acquired entities into SitelogIQ’s technology environment.
  • Standardize infrastructure platforms, identity management, security controls, and support models across acquired businesses.
  • Ensure seamless user onboarding, system migration, and risk mitigation during integrations.
  • Develop and manage the IT infrastructure and operations budget, ensuring fiscal discipline and alignment with strategic priorities.
  • Oversee vendor selection, contract negotiation, performance management, and renewal strategies.
  • Optimize software licensing, cloud consumption, and infrastructure spend.
  • Establish cost transparency and reporting to support executive decision-making.
