Position: Senior Manager, Technology Operations Job Location: 1375 Crossman Avenue, Sunnyvale, CA 94089 Duties: Develop and document project goals, deliverables, schedules, and milestones for medium to high complexity projects. Create and maintain accountability matrices to clarify roles, responsibilities, and timelines. Break programs into project modules with assigned tasks and milestones. Track operational and financial factors influence project outcomes and provide updates to stakeholders. Monitor resource usage to ensure accurate reporting and efficient allocation. Identify risks to project completion and prepare documented response plans, including scenario analysis. Define and track project performance measures, milestones, and forecasts to address anticipated risks. Use project management tools to monitor schedules, costs, deliverables, and risks, preparing timely status reports. Facilitate communication across teams and stakeholders, ensuring clarity of requirements, updates, and progress. Present project updates clearly and resolve ambiguities for stakeholders. Build collaborative working relationships to support project delivery. Provide fact-based project updates, reports, and documentation to support decision-making. Incorporate feedback and lessons learned into project processes to improve execution. Stay informed of relevant business trends and apply insights to improve project outcomes. Apply business and financial fundamentals to monitor project costs, resource utilization, and performance measures. Apply project management tools and analytical methods to evaluate project performance trends. Collaborate with teams to integrate these insights into project tracking and reporting processes. This role does not supervise any employees. Minimum education and experience required: Master's degree or equivalent in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, supply chain management, or related area and 3 years of experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area; OR Bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, supply chain management, or related area and 5 years of experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area. Skills Required: Experience developing data models for analytics using SQL. Experience visualizing data models for analytics and reporting using Tableau or advanced excel. Experience developing technical products including warehouse management systems and back-end supporting system logics. Experience managing complex projects from end to end and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Experience conducting profit and loss analysis. Experience making strategic cost reduction and revenue generating recommendations. Experience partnering with fulfillment center operations team to drive quality excellence. Experience creating and maintaining a roadmap to set the future vision and strategic direction of owned space. Experience measuring, monitoring, and reporting on program portfolio performance. Experience developing key performance metrics and tracking mechanisms. Employer will accept any amount of experience with the required skills. Salary Range: $179,421/year to $234,000/year. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.
