About The Position

What you'll do... Position: Senior Technology Operations Job Location: 2101 SE Simple Savings Dr., Bentonville, AR 72712 Duties: Financial Management: Comprehends the financial plan for implementation of multiple projects. Monitors delivery schedules and cost expenditure for multiple projects within a program. Program Estimation: Assesses and identifies the resources required for successful completion of the project of small to medium complexity. Identifies potential risks for successful completion of the project. Business Operations: Caters to key stakeholders and their priorities. Participates in business task to get things done in own unit or area. Communicates key considerations for business decision making process. Comments on the organizations business model and financial goals. Cites examples of types of information needed to make sound business decisions. Technology Landscape Awareness: Gets involved and provide support to technology/ domain stakeholders to solve complex issues (i.e. suggest what skills are needed, how does the technology impacts). Develops business cases for projects with a projected return on investment or cost savings. Demonstrates deep functional knowledge of the business unit/domain. Translates business unit/domain requirements into projects, activities, and tasks and aligns to overall technology strategy. Serves as an interpreter and conduit to connect business unit/domain needs with tangible solutions and results. Participates in creating new processes and ways of working. Program Definition: Defines goals, deliverables and schedules for managing multiple medium to high complexity projects within a program, in line with the overall strategic objectives. Creates accountability matrix for the projects. Decomposes the program into multiple modules and assign responsibility assignments and milestones for each module. Comprehends the operational and financial factors that drive project success. Program Monitoring and Control: Monitors and evaluates the progress of the projects against approved milestones and timelines. Leads cross functional and/or pillar coordination meetings to review schedule progress, health, issues/risks, and key dependencies of the projects. Takes appropriate measures when required to bring program health on track in case of adversity. Influencing and Building Stakeholder Consensus: Communicates, articulately and concisely, in a one-to-one/ stakeholder meeting involving one-two teams. Proactively builds personal network and seek and provide constructive feedback. Presents data and logic to and influence team, customers and stakeholders. Articulates results/recommendations in a structured manner using relevant data. Actively listens to others and acknowledges different technical perspectives and connects to the product/technology in development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or the equivalent in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Engineering Management, Business, Information Systems, Project/Program Management, Information Technology, Finance, Management, or related field plus 3 years of experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related experience; OR 5 years of experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related experience.
  • Must have experience with: Managing technology operations and delivery with Agile and SAFe methodologies; Product and program lifecycle management, including planning, execution, and maintenance of enterprise technology initiatives; Using Cloud computing technologies, including Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Platform (GCP), for deployment, monitoring, and support of technology solutions; Implementing and maintaining data management and analytics platforms used to monitor, optimize, and support large-scale technology operations; Developing and maintaining operational governance and compliance processes and utilizing risk management frameworks to ensure control, accountability, and regulatory adherence in enterprise technology operations; Managing cross-functional teams and large-scale technology programs; Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools, including JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Project; Developing project documentation, schedules, and risk mitigation plans; Utilizing analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to translate business requirements into actionable technical deliverables.
