Learn more: www.mohawkmedbuy.ca. We are currently recruiting for a Senior Manager, IT Business Solutions – Finance SAP to support our IT Member Services team. This is a hybrid role (three days in office, two days remote). The Senior Manager, IT Business Solutions – Finance SAP will work with business and IT teams, and with service delivery partners, to identify and deliver business solution improvements that bring value to MMC and its customers.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of related business systems experience within an SAP environment.
  • 5+ years of related people leadership/management experience.
  • University degree or College diploma in IT, finance, or related field
  • Experience working in Finance related modules (FI/CO, AA, PS, FM/GM, SD, BI) in S/4HANA, Ariba Invoice Management.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills.
  • High-quality written, verbal and interpersonal skills along with an attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated commitment to exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to work independently, setting goals and meeting timelines.
  • Experience in workshop facilitation and/or presenting to leadership, including provision of appropriate documentation.
  • Experience working in successful third-party vendor relationships.

Nice To Haves

  • SAP certification in Finance is desirable
  • CPA/Finance designations are desirable

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the solutioning, implementation and support of Finance business systems.
  • Manage and collaborate with Hospitals, MMC business units, IT departments, and 3rd party vendors to enhance business solutions for MMC and its customers
  • Act as a key IT services liaison to our Hospitals and MMC business; build and maintains productive relationships with hospital members, Plexxus business process owners, and other key stakeholders.
  • Provide senior level design/business solution architecture, solution delivery, and project management including business case development, scoping, planning, scheduling, resource planning, risk assessment, testing, change management, budgets, and value measurement.
  • Provide insight and guidance regarding business and systems rationale for planned and actual changes.
  • Work with business leaders to identify opportunities to leverage the current business system portfolio to deliver greater value.
  • Facilitate workshops and discussions across multiple stakeholders, Hospitals, and third-party business and technical teams as required, including on site at the Hospitals and Plexxus locations.
  • Track, monitor, and communicate project status against the project plan, requirements, quality and value measures, standard processes, and milestones.
  • Analyze current business processes and scenarios and recommend/develop solutions to meet the requirements for improvements.
  • Produce high quality deliverables including business requirements, project plans, test plans, test scenarios/cases, functional designs, knowledge transfer materials, etc., as well as blueprints and project charters where appropriate.
  • Maintain comprehensive end to end, integrated business and systems knowledge and documentation of ITS changes for ongoing support, and for audit and legal compliance.
  • Follow and improve policies, procedures, methodologies, governance and standards to ensure effective planning and delivery of IT services, management of vendors and customers, and maintenance of the ‘one build’ concept in the shared services environment.
  • Provide quality assurance of documentation, testing, configuration and development completed by third parties.
  • Maintain the tools and repositories of IT knowledge materials for efficient and effective operation and utilization.
