This role works closely with business unit leadership, HR, and the enterprise Internal Communications team to translate strategy into clear, consistent, and employee‑centered communications. This leader plays a critical role in driving alignment across the business units, strengthening change leadership, and ensuring a cohesive employee experience while respecting the unique needs of each business.
