The Sr Marketing Manager-CRM is the main point of contact for marketers across the country for email marketing and targeting strategy. They have a deep understanding of CRM processes and tools used within the company and help navigate any issues. This role is responsible for identifying procedural or technical issues and solve or guide coworkers toward solutions. They will manage the email team and help project manage larger strategic initiatives spanning email, analytics and data platforms. This role is involved with setting the level of priority for product enhancements or adjustments, helping direct development to incorporate CRM best practices. The Sr Manager Marketing-CRM is responsible for improving the CRM strategy to drive ticket sales, loyalty, and KPIs. They interact with outside vendors who help customize and develop tools that improve the fan experience. Finally, they will leverage huge datasets to derive insights on the customer base.
