This role is responsible for development and delivery of major change at RBC Direct Investing, a leading-edge digital investment business undergoing significant transformation. Operating within a sales-focused organization with national perspective, this role supports a multi-channel distribution strategy encompassing a professional mobile sales force distributed across the country, key retail locations, and digital channels. The successful candidate will take ownership of individual strategic initiatives and oversee all aspects of project oversight and delivery, from the early stages of inception through implementation, while keeping business strategy and key objectives top of mind. This role focuses on identifying, prioritizing, designing and executing strategic projects that drive competitive advantage, and enable sales and business outcomes. Experience in leading diverse teams, an in-depth understanding of the business and its fundamentals and competitive landscape, as well as proven ability to effectively navigate high levels of technical and stakeholder complexity is a must. Additionally, the role requires deep insight and expertise for one or several of the following critical domains: product, pricing, operations, data & analytics, digital product, customer experience, and change management.
