About The Position

The Senior Manager, IT Infrastructure is accountable for the design, delivery, security, and ongoing operation of Holley’s enterprise infrastructure platforms, including networking, cloud services, compute, storage, and identity services. This role ensures infrastructure capabilities are secure, scalable, and aligned with Cybersecurity standards, SOX controls, and TISAX requirements, while supporting current business operations and future growth. This position balances strategic leadership with operational excellence. The Senior Manager partners closely with all IT Teams and business stakeholders to build a resilient, future-ready infrastructure environment that enables innovation, reduces technical debt, and remains audit-ready.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise IT infrastructure roles
  • Proven experience leading infrastructure teams and/or managed service providers
  • Deep knowledge of networking,compute, storage, and enterprise infrastructure platforms
  • Strong experience with cloud technologies (Azure and/or AWS)
  • Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V, KVM, etc.)
  • Knowledge of identity and directory services (Active Directory, Entra ID, LDAP)
  • Experience aligning infrastructure with cybersecurity frameworks and compliance requirements (SOX, TISAX, ISO, etc.)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills

Responsibilities

  • Own andoperatethe enterprise infrastructure delivery model, including internal teams, managed service providers, and strategic vendors
  • Lead, mentor, and develop infrastructure team members and/or vendor-managed resources
  • Establish clear accountability, performance expectations, and escalation paths
  • Partner withSolutionArchitecture and Cybersecurity to ensure infrastructure designs align with security, compliance, and scalability standards
  • Define andmaintainthe infrastructure roadmap aligned with business strategy, cybersecurity requirements, SOX controls, and long-term scalability
  • Drive modernization, standardization, and simplification across infrastructure platforms
  • Lead cloud strategy execution, including hybrid architecture, scalability, resilience, and cost governance
  • Design infrastructure solutions that are secure by design, future-ready, and capable of supporting business growth
  • Own availability, reliability, and performance of networking,compute, storage, and cloud platforms
  • Ensure stable, resilient operations across data center and cloud environments
  • Implement proactive monitoring, capacity planning, and incident prevention practices
  • Ensureinfrastructure consistently supports enterprise applications, analytics platforms, and evolving business needs
  • Ensure infrastructure services are aligned with Cybersecurity policies, standards, and architectural principles
  • Own andmaintaininfrastructure controls supporting SOX compliance, including continuous review and improvement of control effectiveness
  • Own infrastructure technical requirements supporting TISAX compliance
  • Partner with Cybersecurity and Audit to implement secure configurations, access controls, logging, and monitoring
  • Support audits and assessments by providing evidence, remediation plans, and ongoing control enhancements
  • Own infrastructure budgets, including cloud spend, licensing, and support contracts
  • Drive cost transparency, optimization, and FinOps practices
  • Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and SLAs to ensure delivery against performance, security, and compliance expectations
  • Hold vendors accountable for reliability, scalability, and security outcomes
  • Lead infrastructure initiatives from planning through execution
  • Partner with application and business teams on complex, cross-functional programs
  • Actively manage timelines, dependencies, risks, and resource constraints
  • Ensure infrastructure initiatives align with cybersecurity standards, SOX controls, and future-state architecture
  • Identifyopportunities to improve resiliency, scalability, security, and cost efficiency
  • Continuously assess and enhance infrastructure controls to strengthen SOX and TISAX posture
  • Stay current on infrastructure, cloud, and cybersecurity trends
  • Introduce best practices, automation, andtoolingto improve service delivery and audit readiness
