Senior Manager, Infrastructure Finance

Canva•San Francisco, CA
•$180,000 - $260,000

About The Position

The Senior Manager, Infrastructure Finance owns Canva’s cross-functional Finance view of infrastructure commitments and capacity, including what the company has committed to, how quickly capacity is being used, where commitments can be flexed down, and the effects on margin and free cash flow. The role partners with Hosting and Product & GenAI Finance and works with Accounting on the P&L treatment of shortfalls and prepayments. It provides the CFO and business partners with clear, evidence-based insight to inform commitment and capacity decisions. The role builds and maintains commitment tracking and financial models, translates usage and utilisation data into a finance-ready capacity view, and maintains a reconciled savings baseline across Platform, GenAI and Finance. It develops scenario analyses for commitment and renewal discussions, supports forecasting and budgeting processes, collaborates on vendor onboarding and contract terms, and uses AI tools in day-to-day analytical work. The position is part of FP&A and Tech & Product Finance, which support financial planning, strategic decision-making, and the economics of Canva’s infrastructure, cloud, compute, GPU and AI investments.
