About The Position

The Senior Manager of Influencer Marketing will be the lead for all incoming influencer campaigns requiring integrated support. This role involves working closely with other team members to develop the international expansion strategy and roadmap for campaigns, taking the lead on tracking success, and defining KPIs. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a proven track record in global influencer marketing and campaign management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in influencer marketing, with a focus on campaign management and strategy development.
  • Experience in the luxury fashion industry, supporting Fashion Week events and managing relationships with fashion influencers and fashion industry professionals
  • Proven experience working with both U.S. and international talent with established relationships across global markets.
  • Proven track record of successful global influencer campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, influencer marketing trends, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with influencers and internal stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to define and track KPIs, providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proactive and creative problem-solver, with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the execution of influencer marketing campaigns from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and Director of Influencer Marketing to build comprehensive international campaign strategies and roadmaps.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with influencers and key opinion leaders globally to drive brand awareness and engagement.
  • Define and track KPIs to measure the success of influencer campaigns, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Oversee the creation of campaign briefs, ensuring they are clear, concise, and aligned with the overall marketing strategy.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitive activity, and emerging platforms to ensure Alo stays at the forefront of influencer marketing.
  • Manage the influencer budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
  • Provide regular reports on campaign performance to senior leadership, highlighting key metrics, successes, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with international agencies and cross-functional global team members to support influencer initiatives, including talent sourcing, vetting, contract negotiations, and campaign alignment to ensure brand consistency and strategic fit across markets.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
