About The Position

In this Senior Manager II role, you will act as a strategic insights partner to Edgewell’s marketing, category, and sales teams, shaping growth strategies for Personal Care brands. You will leverage Circana’s industry-leading data, platforms, and analytic capabilities to uncover meaningful patterns in POS and consumer panel data, translate them into clear business implications, and guide the client toward smarter, faster decisions. As an insights lead, you will proactively identify growth opportunities, diagnose business challenges, and craft compelling, insight-led narratives that influence stakeholders across the client organization. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally within Circana to deliver integrated solutions, deepen client engagement, and champion the value of our analytics and software. Ultimately, you will act as a trusted advisor bringing analytical rigor, commercial acumen, and a client-centric mindset to drive measurable business impact. The role requires critical sales skills such as effectively presenting solutions, understanding buying influences, managing buyer indifference, understanding customer needs, being resilient, and managing ambiguity.

Requirements

  • 5+ progressive years of experience in marketing and sales with a premier Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) or marketing analytics company.
  • Demonstrated expertise in translating data and analysis into relevant implications within the CPG industry.
  • Skilled at developing relationships with clients and cross-functional teams to become a trusted and value-added business partner.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills and professional etiquette.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, be flexible and welcoming to change.
  • Demonstrate strong work ethic with calmness and composure in times of uncertainty.
  • Experience with Circana or other syndicated data solutions is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools required.

Responsibilities

  • Drive Client Growth: Identify and pursue opportunities to expand client relationships by aligning Circana’s data and software solutions with their strategic goals.
  • Deliver Insight-Led Solutions: Translate complex data into actionable insights that help clients make informed decisions and achieve measurable outcomes.
  • Manage the Sales Cycle: Lead end-to-end sales processes including prospecting, needs assessment, solution development, negotiation, and closing.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with internal teams (e.g., Client Insights, Product, and Analytics) to deliver integrated solutions and ensure client success.
  • Maintain Industry Expertise: Stay current on trends in Retails and CPG to position Circana as a thought leader and trusted advisor.
  • Build Strategic Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across client organizations, including decision-makers and influencers.
  • Utilize Sales Tools and Platforms: Leverage Circana’s proprietary platforms (e.g., Unify+, Liquid Data, Intelligence Suite) to support client engagements and solution delivery.
  • Achieve Revenue Targets: Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals through disciplined pipeline management and strategic account planning.
  • Champion Client Success: Ensure client satisfaction by proactively addressing challenges, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering consistent value.
  • Advanced Analytic Skills: Demonstrated ability to conceive, manage, and deliver fact-based analyses, with a focus on consumer solutions, providing clients with clear, actionable insights to inform strategy.
