About The Position

The Senior Manager, Identity and Access Management manages the ongoing evolution and deployment of enterprise identity solutions to protect critical business applications and sensitive information globally. The role develops identity governance strategies to automate user provisioning, access certification, and privileged account management. It analyzes authentication telemetry and access logs to identify systemic vulnerabilities and guide security remediation, and integrates multi-factor authentication and adaptive access controls into new technology deployments. The position also evaluates data privacy regulations and security standards to maintain compliance across identity management infrastructure, while managing, coaching, and developing a team of identity and access management professionals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, cybersecurity, computer science, information systems, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 7 years of experience in identity and access management, cybersecurity, information security, IT operations, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a managerial capacity.

• Master's degree in information technology, cybersecurity, computer science, information systems, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Certification in identity and access management, cybersecurity, or equivalent.
