About The Position

Drives the execution of multiple business plans and projects by identifying customer and operational needs, developing and communicating business plans and priorities, removing barriers and obstacles that impact performance, providing resources and identifying performance standards, measuring progress, adjusting performance as needed, and developing contingency plans. Demonstrates adaptability and supports continuous learning. Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates by selecting, training, mentoring, and assigning duties, building a team-based work environment, establishing performance expectations and conducting regular evaluations, providing recognition and rewards, and coaching for success and improvement. Promotes a culture of belonging in the workplace. Ensures business needs are met by evaluating the effectiveness of current plans, programs, and initiatives, consulting with business partners, managers, associates, and key stakeholders, soliciting, evaluating, and applying suggestions to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness, and participating in and supporting community outreach events. Manages multiple projects by defining scope of work and project objectives, establishing activities, deliverables, milestones, and timelines, coordinating planning activities and assembling management plans, tracking changes and resolving critical issues, managing governance of project plans and identifying required resources, monitoring budgets and costs, and delivering presentations, status reports, and documentation to stakeholders. Manages content management initiatives by evaluating and prioritizing content requests, designing, developing, automating, and maintaining tools, templates, and resources, collaborating with teams to develop and implement intranet content, providing guidance on platform functionality, communication approaches, and quality standards, ensuring content aligns with governance standards, and auditing and tracking content variables and adapting strategies as needed. Manages processes and procedures by analyzing data to identify existing standards, governance, and workflows, assessing performance baselines and identifying improvement opportunities, editing existing processes and developing improvement solutions, ensuring solutions are simple, executable, and scalable, consulting cross-functional teams to gain alignment, and communicating changes to drive adoption and behavior change. Leads behavior change and process improvement programs by evaluating change needs and partnering with cross-functional teams, developing operational strategies to simplify processes, providing expertise on company policies and procedures, ensuring proper controls, tools, and materials are in place, monitoring performance metrics and addressing post-implementation issues, and gaining stakeholder buy-in for continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field and 3 years’ experience in retail operations, content development, project management, or related area OR 5 years’ experience in retail operations, content development, project management, or related area.
