Senior Manager, Human Resources
About The Position
Sodexo Energy and Resources is seeking a Spanish speaking Senior Manager, Human Resources to support one of our Oil & Gas Clients in Richmond, CA. This Senior Manager, Human Resources will work closely with the management team, as well as the frontline staff, supporting over 150 employees. Bring your HR expertise to a role that’s equal parts strategy and support. In this position, you'll partner closely with business leaders to shape workforce strategies, coach teams, and ensure HR practices are aligned, compliant, and effective making a measurable impact every step of the way. The role of an individual contributor within the organization focuses on completing specific tasks and projects; contributing directly through their skills and expertise. Performs specialized technical tasks to support operations. Work is primarily achieved independently, however may collaborate with a team.
Requirements
- A strategic mindset to align HR initiatives to broader business goals and influence key stakeholders
- Strong coaching and consulting skills to support managers in talent development, performance, and workforce planning
- Deep knowledge of HR operations, including policies, compliance, benefits, and employee relations
- Experience using data and analytics to identify trends, inform decisions, and drive continuous improvement
- A collaborative leadership style with strengths in project management, prioritization, and building trusted relationships across the organization
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 5 years of Management Experience
- 3 years of Related Experience
