Requirements

  • 10+ years of HR experience
  • At least 6 years in a management or people leader capacity
  • Proven track record partnering with and coaching VPs and senior business leaders in a global company
  • Working knowledge of employment law and customs in your assigned geography
  • Strong influencing and facilitation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment without losing the thread
  • Clear, direct communicator — in writing and in the room
  • Comfortable operating across time zones with a globally distributed team

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a core member of the geographic leadership team, advising VPs across business lines with a OneTenable lens.
  • Translate Tenable's global people plan into local strategy and execution.
  • Partner on the Emergency Response Playbook for scenarios requiring fast, coordinated HR action.
  • Lead Talent Assessments for Senior Manager and above roles in your geography.
  • Collaborate with global Talent Management to build manager capability and accelerate team development.
  • Drive D&I initiatives that make a significant impact.
  • Actively participate in interviews for leadership roles across the region.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to ensure hiring managers and interview teams are invested and ready to assess talent.
  • Build manager capability to handle employee situations effectively and early.
  • Advise leaders on in-country employment laws and customs.
  • Make or guide decisions on terminations and reductions in consultation with Legal and the Chief People Officer.
  • Manage and develop an Associate HR Business Partner, including workload, priorities, and career growth.
  • Oversee local onboarding execution and ensure a high-quality candidate and new hire experience.
