Key responsibilities include advising senior management on performance and leadership, fostering a high-performance culture, addressing skill gaps, driving organizational change, influencing employee engagement strategies, coaching People Managers, improving processes, managing employee relations risks, ensuring compliance with HR practices and legal requirements, leading HR teams, mentoring HR colleagues, supporting HR projects, partnering with Reward COEs on compensation and benefits, and supporting HR technology advancements and the HR service model. The role also involves embedding and advocating for IHG's talent and inclusion agenda.
