As a member of the college’s HR team, the Faculty Affairs and Academic Personnel Manager manages faculty affairs and academic administrative and professional (A&P) position processes across the employee lifecycle, with primary responsibility for professional-track faculty (PTF) and related academic appointments. This position provides operational oversight, process coordination, records management, and policy guidance for several academic HR functions, including PTF contracts, faculty sick leave and absence administration, and summer jobs. Works closely with college leadership, department administrators, HR partners, and central offices to ensure timely processing, compliance, and accurate personnel records.
